If you are on a good old-fashioned roll-over where the previous night and rolled into the next day then Sunday is far and away the worst day.
If cannabis is ever legalised I will enjoy the drama around dispensary opening hours and minimum pricing.
It does make me sad that going out for a proper Sunday brunch is impossible here!
Ironically these laws only affect casual drinkers who get caught out by them. Real alcoholics have an emergency reserve and also have the opening hours memorised

France have offered to help with the US baby formula shortage. Their only question was, “red or white?” (Credit to Stephen Colbert et al.)
If we could just get rid of all laws with religious roots, that’d be great.
It is not the alcohol it is the yeast. Yeast is that two faced backstabbing fungi.
