German national here who needs a new mobile contract soon and I’ve seen a lot of ads for [sim.de](https://sim.de) lately with what seems like very good and flexible prices. Do any of your have experiences with their service? Reviews online seem to be all over the board, with some very high scores on “established” sites but a rather low one on trustpilot for example. So I was wondering if anyone here is using them and can give some insight on stuff like reception, customer support or hidden costs?
