So the Scottish government took over ScotRail last month its effectively been nationalised in the middle of an industrial dispute and now they have cut services and already started training new drivers before rail staff have even been balloted. They know their pay offer is a joke.
If you are needing to cancel almost 700 services a day because staff aren’t working overtime it just shows how seriously understaffed it is.
