When I worked at marksies we had full inclusivity training for disability, gender, LGBT, ageism, how to assist customers who may need help without being discriminatory etc.
It took 2 full days, and I was a part time teenager.
Before I even read the article I’d guess it was third party security, M&S spends a lot of time training their staff.
