I wonder is it “better” to be a robber where rates are high or low. Less chance of being caught where they are high, but people are probably more security conscious.

I’ve been in Brussels for like 40 minutes and I saw attempted robbery right before my eyes. Guess it’s common in Belgium. I do not know why though
Theres hardly only 42 drivers per 100000 people in this country.
Irelands is probably 3 to 4 times whats here as nobody reports petty crime in Dublin and half the times the guards dont even make a report
