It’s probably unironic but the lyrics is just gibberish, not Hungarian at least. Sounds like gypsy music to me. The lyrics could be just that .. gibberish or maybe these are gypsy words I don’t know.
Well it starts in Hungarian but it’s just something like “come on guys something something”. Then there’s counting “1 2 3”. After that it’s just nonsense.
