Even if we had this, the bikes would be stolen while the tram is moving. Look at the tracks this is not a normal tram. This is [Rack Railway](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stuttgart_Rack_Railway). Normal tram doesn’t have such a thing in Stuttgart, but for this one it makes perfekt sense. This tram is meant to go uphill and many people might use this to bring their bike up there.
