Basra crude prices recorded gains of around 2% on Tuesday, moving
against the broader trend in global oil markets.

Basra Heavy crude rose by $1.24, or 2.08%, to $60.98 per barrel, while
Basra Medium crude increased by $1.24, or 1.99%, to settle at $63.43 per
barrel.

In international markets, Brent crude was priced at $65.19 per barrel,
while US West Texas Intermediate stood at $60.30 per barrel.
