The clock that counted every second the time Israeli captives have spent in Hamas hands since the group’s attack on October 7, 2023, stopped last night.

A large crowd gathered for the occasion in Tel Aviv’s Captives Square, where the Forum of Families of Captives and Disappeared organized a ceremony to symbolically stop the clock.

At 17:35 p.m., the clock, which had counted 843 days and 12 hours since the moment 251 people were kidnapped and taken to Gaza, symbolically stopped, after the last captive held in the Gaza Strip, Ran Gwilyi, was found.
