WWE Royal Rumble 2026 officially kicks off the road to WrestleMania 42 on Saturday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as WWE holds its first Royal Rumble event outside of North America. Headlined by two traditional 30-person Royal Rumbles — one for the men, one for the women — the four-match card is the first of WWE’s “Big Four” premium live events in 2026.
Aside from the titular contests, Drew McIntyre defends his Undisputed WWE Championship against Sami Zayn, who will be an overwhelming crowd favorite after earning his spot by winning last weekend’s Fatal 4-Way on Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Elsewhere on the card, AJ Styles puts his career on the line against Gunther. Styles has already indicated that 2026 will be his final year as an active WWE star, and Gunther is looking to keep up momentum as a career-ender of sorts after he retired both Goldberg and John Cena in 2025.
Those matches will almost certainly be sandwiched between the men’s and women’s Royal Rumbles, where the winners will earn a championship match at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas in April.
Here’s a look at the full card for the WWE Royal Rumble 2026, which starts at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN Unlimited:
