  1. There was a guy in the UK called Jordan Dean who only ever ate jam sandwiches until his mid 20s as he had developed a few of food in childhood

  2. Starts in childhood. Can confirm. I only eat about 10 things, but not half as bad as just crisps and bread.

  3. /r/ARFID if this sounds like you or someone you care about and you want to go about getting a diagnosis or finding people who can relate…and also don’t want to leave reddit. Otherwise, what you want to Google is “Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder”. It’s an uncommon eating disorder that was added to the DSM-5 around 2014 and professional help *does* exist for it.

  4. Despite how awful that sounds I don’t think eating crisp sandwiches day in day out can in and of itself give you MS, it’s an autoimmune disease.
