Ryanair will hold recruitment drives at various points throughout the year and are currently in a period of recruitment ahead of an increase of operations for Summer 2026.
The Irish airline says it offers highly competitive pay for cabin crew with opportunities for progression which comes with additional pay increases, entirely uncapped sales bonus and unlimited discounted flights.
As part of their clients growth, they are providing an incentive of €2,000 (paid in instalments) to any candidate who successfully joins a course ahead of Summer 2026.
Ryanair is hosting a series of regional recruitment events across Ireland in February as part of a major hiring drive for Cabin Crew roles based at Dublin Airport.
The airline is recruiting for approximately 100 positions and is inviting interested candidates to attend in-person recruitment events in hotels across Offaly, Meath, Westmeath, Louth, Laois, Kilkenny, Wexford and Kildare.
Interested parties do not need to have previous cabin crew experience as full training is provided and will take place in February and March.
All events begin at 10.30am and attendees can arrive on the day for recruitment with the first event in Drogheda, Co. Louth on Wednesday, February 4 in the Mill Drogheda followed by a second recruitment drive for the county on Tuesday, February 10 in the Imperial Hotel in Dundalk.
There will be one recruitment drive held in Co. Meath on Thursday, February 5 in Newgrange Hotel Navan and another event in Portlaoise, Co. Laois on February 10 in the Killeshin Hotel and Leisure Club.
Other recruitment drive locations include Tullamore, Co. Offaly at Bridge House Hotel and Kilkenny in Hotel Kilkenny both on Wednesday, February 11 while recruitment drives in Mullingar at Annebrook House Hotel and Talbot Hotel in Wexford take place on Thursday, February 12.
The final two recruitment drives will take place in Athlone in Co. Westmeath at Athlone Springs Hotel on Tuesday, February 17 and in Naas, Co. Kildare in Lawlor’s Hotel on Wednesday, February 18.
