The Director General of the National Agricultural Research Institute (NARI), Dr. Nelson Simbiken, has addressed concerns regarding agricultural research being used as a geopolitical tool by foreign nations to signal their influence.
During a Press Club event this week, Post-Courier Online Digital Director Mathew Vari questioned Dr. Simbiken on how the institute maintains control over the various research projects currently scattered across the country.
