  1. Probably worth pointing out that this is the Ballincollig bypass, while it’s maybe not advisable, it is not a motorway, animals are allowed on it (to the extent they are on regular roads that is).

    It’s also 120km/h.

  2. Animals should be taken off them and a stiff penalty should be thrown at them for cuntery like that. I’ve barely been involved in accident because of carry on exactly like this.

But of course they’re totally above the law so fuck all will happen even if it’s caught on video.

  3. It’s a national road and the driver is being dangerous. So many arseholes on the road who just can’t be sound. You can do the same speed 10 metres behind someone as you can 2 metres. You just get there 8 scaldy metres slower and don’t have to slam on the brakes every 2 seconds.

Horses were on the roads before cars were. Fellas only out on a sulky(or whatever the technical name for it is).

He would be allowed down that road on a bicycle as well as far as I know.

Sulky driver was staying out of the way and the driver had another lane to overtake him. Shouldn’t be on a two lane road if you can’t overtake a slower vehicle.
Fella filming looks like he was driving but Hurr Durr horse people are baddies.

  4. Ah shur, we all know the type of ‘people’ that are doing it. And apparently its their culture so nothing can be said against them in case atall the race card is played

  5. This is completely legal (well except the dickhead in the car behind). Maybe take it up with your TD if you think the rules should be changed to prohibit animals and/or cyclists from roads like this. But no need to have a go at people for using the road legally and correctly.
