It’s a national road and the driver is being dangerous. So many arseholes on the road who just can’t be sound. You can do the same speed 10 metres behind someone as you can 2 metres. You just get there 8 scaldy metres slower and don’t have to slam on the brakes every 2 seconds.

Sulky driver was staying out of the way and the driver had another lane to overtake him. Shouldn’t be on a two lane road if you can’t overtake a slower vehicle.
