A new seasonal fast ferry service linking Split, Bol, Hvar and Vis will operate daily from 19 June to 13 September, significantly improving connections between some of Central Dalmatia’s most popular destinations.
The new fast boat line introduces two daily departures from Split, in the morning and afternoon, making travel between the mainland and the islands quicker, more practical and better suited to summer travel plans.
The service is designed for a wide range of travellers, from those planning day trips and weekend breaks to visitors including multiple islands as part of a longer holiday.
The morning departure from Split at 7:30 am arrives in Vis at 9:25 am, completing the journey in just one hour and 55 minutes. This early arrival allows passengers to make the most of the day, whether exploring Vis’ natural attractions, enjoying its beaches or experiencing the island’s relaxed atmosphere.
In addition to strengthening links with Split, the new route significantly enhances inter-island connectivity. Travellers will be able to move easily between Brač (Bol), Hvar and Vis, providing greater flexibility and freedom during the busy summer season.
A morning departure from Hvar at 8:45 am reaches Vis at 9:25 am, opening up the possibility of a full day on the island. For the return journey, an evening departure from Vis at 7:35 pm allows passengers to enjoy a full, unhurried day before heading back.
Tickets for the new seasonal service are already on sale and can be purchased at Jadrolinija sales offices, via the official Jadrolinija website, or through the company’s new mobile application, making planning and booking straightforward for both domestic and international travellers.
Full timetables and pricing are available through Jadrolinija’s official channels.
