■ UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said that Israel is violating the UN charter by cracking down on UNRWA operations in East Jerusalem, noting the demolition of the agency’s building in January and “threats” against its personnel.

■ The Ashkelon Magistrate’s Court extended the detention of a relative of Shin Bet Chief David Zini, who is suspected of smuggling goods from Israel into Gaza.

■ Opposition leader Yair Lapid met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and said, “The entire State of Israel is united against Iran. We have no disagreements about the importance of dealing with this threat.”
