In the Białystok District Court of Poland, Lithuanian citizen Saulius V. was sentenced to one year in prison for intending to act in the interests of a foreign intelligence service against Poland and the United States.

According to investigators, the 43-year-old Lithuanian, who posed as a current CIA officer, from November 2024 to March 2025 stated his willingness to pass information to the Belarusian KGB.
