Heyy, so this 145kr goes before taxes right?

  1. If they really are going under the Byggnads agreement, you should at least have a one month notice period for your termination. I don’t think they just can opt out on that if they’re really members of byggnads. Also your salary seems a bit low. Are you an apprentice?

  2. Lots of spelling mistakes. And a condition to be let-go without prior notice from the employer seems very fishy if not illegal (not an employment lawyer or expert).

  3. What kind of org is this? Is it your own contract? Are they trying to take advantage of you since you don’t know Swedish? Grammar and spelling is a complete shitshow and period of notice/uppsägningstid is not something you want to derogate from the agreement.

  4. Yes. Also, if it is hourly you might want to look at the “semesterersättning” as well. Common is 12-15% and is pay you get on top of you hourly as a compensation for not getting vacation days. You also pay taxes on that, so if it is 15% you would get 145*1.15 so 166.75 before tax.

  5. Den asymmetriska uppsägningstiden känns ju spontant som nåt man bör kontakta facket för att höra med dem vad de tycker. För jag hade definitivt velat förhandla om den punkten.

    Känns generellt ganska “sketchy”.

  6. No no no! This contract is illegal.
First of all, the salary is way to low according to Byggnads kollektivavtal.
Secondly, the part about uppsägningstid is just straight up against seeding law.

I would very much appreciate if you could Pm me the whole contact so I could help you contact the union

  7. This contract is a fraud it seems! No union would sign that the company can fire a worker just like that! You should report this to byggnads union. We need to get rid of these business and contractors cheating with the laws and rules. Equal job equal pay!
