■ The ‍United ‌States shot down ⁠an Iranian drone after it approached the USS Abraham Lincoln in the Arabian Sea, ‌White House ‍Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed to Fox News.

■ Six Iranian gunboats ordered a U.S.-flagged oil tanker to stop Tuesday as it sailed through the Strait of Hormuz north of Oman, the Wall Street Journal reported.

■ Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner that Iran is not to be trusted, in a Jerusalem meeting ahead of U.S.-Iran talks on Friday.

■ Jared Kushner, U.S. President Donald Trump’s son-in-law, is to join U.S.-Iran talks in Istanbul on Friday, a source familiar with the situation said.

■ Israeli fire killed at least three people and wounded a further 15 in the Gaza Strip, the Gaza Health Ministry said. According to the ministry, other casualties remain trapped under the rubble, inaccessible to rescue workers.
