If anyone in here has a friend/relative who is still in Amsterdam and lost the passport, it has been found and handed to iLost office. Details here:

Edit: It wasn’t me who found the passport! I just found the ad on the website while I was browsing for my lost passport a few days back and I got it. Dutch people I asked around all told if an ID is found it will be handed over to the iLost&Found office then the person who lost it must check the website regularly for updates!
