Heat Up Latin America has launched an expansion programme to meet demand in Mexico and South America.

The Latin American subsidiary of Hotwork International said the multi-country expansion programme was aimed at scaling regional capacity in response to rising demand in the region.

Over recent years, the company has reported growth in service requests and equipment demand across multiple industries.

In response, Heat Up Latin America is implementing a regional upgrade expected to triple its total heating-up and furnace drain equipment capacity, with assets to be distributed in Mexico, Colombia and Argentina.

As part of the initiative, the company will establish new warehouses in each of the three countries.

Its central hub in Mexico has also doubled its warehouse and maintenance capacity.

The flagship facility in Cuernavaca, Morelos, is being expanded from 700m² to 1,260m², with the goal of improving operational efficiency and supporting multiple simultaneous projects in the region.

Company representatives said the expansion is intended to meet customer requirements with improved speed and localised support.

To reduce turnaround times, Heat Up Latin America is also positioning strategic components, spare parts, and consumables from the broader group directly in regional warehouses.

The project is already underway and is scheduled for completion by mid-2026.

In parallel, Heat Up Latin America has doubled its full-time workforce over the past year, with additional hiring expected as expanded operations come online.

The expansion coincides with the company’s upcoming 10-year anniversary, which will be marked with a celebration in Cancún, Mexico in May 2026.

The Cuernavaca facilities are expected to be inaugurated shortly afterward during an opening event before the Glassman Latin America trade show.
