Now Poland has the chance to remove the law violation and if it doesn’t, the ECJ can enact a fine, right?
According to EU law, organisation of justice is a competence of national authorities. I wonder what kind of logical twist they used to justify this sentence.
Aren’t Polish rules the same as Spain’s ?
It makes no sense to impose a foreign law to a national state. What if the EU law says Poland should let the illegals in and the Polish laws says to stop the invasion?
For some reason, I was under the impression that the EU was supposed to be a free trade union and not rewrite sovereign countries laws regarding domestic affairs.
