This guy is known for preaching thinking that ideology and emotions don’t matter, each country should strive to do what is in it’s best interests. He was US secretary of state during Cold war. And he is so old that he probably isn’t really capable to analyze this as a new situation – he thinks it’s the cold war and the best thing for US would be to make a deal with Russia, it’s never been his job to think what’s best for Ukraine.
Wait, I’ve heard this before. Look, you got to give Germans the Sudetenland…
