I am not sure but i think it has to do with the sewers
These are signs for some parts of water pipes, they show the type, distance from the sign = location and diameter of the pipes that are under the street. The type might be an acess point to turn it off ore something like that.
They show where certain pipes are. Blue is for water, yellow is for gas.
Letters are as following
LH Lüftungshydrant
S Schieber
KL (Absperr)klappe
Small number top right is the diameter, number above the T is the distance facing away from the sign, the number below T is the distance from the sign in meters to the right / to the left.
The numbers, Mason. What do they mean.
“Ø” Is commonly used to denote diameter. That’s to say, if you aren’t on holliday in Denmark or something.
Isn‘t gas orange?
These numbers tell you how many minutes to the next fondue restaurant
That you got gas.
