You can ask “questions about anything basically” here on reddit. What’s the added value of your forum? None.
My feedback would be that you should think about the product’s unique value propositions. Why does this product exist? What is the pain point on the market that your product fulfils? Why should people use your product? What would be the motivation for people to choose your product over Reddit, for example?
This is a cool idea and people will shit on you from a dizzy height because reddit exists and you posted this on reddit but perhaps you could:
– Create a native/app version
– Set up geolocation so that you can find people nearby selling/looking etc
With most of these things, it’s better to just start this off as a Facebook group for free and see if it scales. Unless you’re a bored engineer looking for a sideproject.
