If the landowners can’t maintain their stolen lands responsibly their rights are forfeit.
Time to restore these lands to the commons.
“Rainforest” is a bit strong
1.3million acres, or almost 4% of England maintained for the sole benefit of a handful of rich people to shoot a small brown bird. I’m hoping I get to see a Hen Harrier this year before one of those ‘custodians of the land’ traps, shoots or poisons it like they do every other fucking year.
