The most difficult issues in the Ukraine negotiations have not yet been resolved, said U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio at the Munich Security Conference, APA reports.
According to him, the parties to the Ukraine negotiations have managed to narrow down the list of disputed issues, but the most difficult matters remain unresolved.
“The good news is that we have narrowed the list of issues that will lead to the end of the war. The bad news is that there are still difficult issues that need to be resolved,” he noted.
