The ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival returned to Palm Beach Gardens for the 41st year Saturday and Sunday.The event has grown from a small, local art show to a nationally recognized fine arts festival drawing tens of thousands of art lovers, collectors and 200 artists. Arti-Gras was recently named one of the top 70 fine art festivals in the country.
