I’ve never had my passport checked at LIDL but maybe it’s different up in the big smoke.
You could carry on a petrol operated chainsaw for only €99.95 too.
I once had a TSA agent (in the States) look at my ID and say “THIS AINT YOU.” I told her indeed it is. She continued to stare at me. I, feeling pretty good, said “I did lose a lot of weight.” Her response “THAT AINT IT.” Oh….OK lol it was still me.
This is like saying Gerry Adams wasn’t in the IRA – quite blatantly false. Lidl literally has the worst lines of all supermarkets and one till open at a time. This should be taken down for misinformation
Lidl/Aldi are the only supermarkets I have ever had to wait unnecessarily in a queue, so this is false.
Lidl staff wouldn’t take a pay cut t do the job though.
