Good on ya supermacs

  1. Also not easy when your landlord tries to kick you out of your house to make more profit. 👀👀 Maith thú Pat.

  2. Supermacs charge staff for their uniforms and force them to pay for lunches out of their wages, whether they actually eat there or not. Absolutely tight bastards

  3. Your man who owns Supermacs wanted the pandemic payment cut off so he could go back to exploiting poor people with shit wages sooner. Fuck that guy.

  4. The way this dances around by far the biggest issue, the way Supermac’s treats and pays their own employees, is laughable. As if Supermac’s cashiers give a shit about issues with the supply chain.

  5. Ah your man Pat McDonagh can eat a thicket of nettles, he’s an abhorrent person. I’ve always liked Supermacs but when I became aware of the lizard he is, I stopped eating there

  6. When i worked there we werent charged for uniforms and we could have whatever we wanted for free for lunch. Maybe it has changed nowadays.

The one in town used to offer a dry cleaning service where they’d wash your uniforms at the end of the week for 3 or 4euro. Dont think it was compulsory though.

  7. Don’t they pay and treat their staff like shit. If your working fast food, McDonald’s is the way to go. Actual career progression there too.

  8. On one hand, it’s absolutely correct, if you’re the type of person who gives a fast food workers abuse or attitude, then you’re a piece of shit.

On the other hand, I’ve never heard anyone with a good word to say about working in Supermacs. It’s been a good few years since I’ve known anyone who worked there so maybe it’s changed but given McDonagh’s public comments over the past couple of years, it seems like he still thinks his workers should be happy to be low paid and honoured to work for him.

  9. Superman’s don’t give a shit about their staff.

They charge you for a uniform, they charge you for food weither you eat it or not (lunch). Feck all money feck all time off.

  10. Supermacs is absolute muck anyway, support your local chippies rather than the money hungry bastard who makes staff pay for their own uniforms and wanted to re-open during the height of a pandemic.
