Energy policies in the US are changing every day and the global landscape will inevitably shift as a result. Hear up-to-the-minute analysis of this complex issue and ask questions of top experts with Vail Symposium on Feb. 19 at Eagle River Presbyterian Church in Avon. World Economic Forum Distinguished Fellow Doug Arent leads a robust discussion with the top brass from Columbia University’s Center for Global Energy Policy.

“Once again, the headlines are making us look like we have a crystal ball,” joked executive director James Kenly. “Our community has a keen interest in the energy industry and our panelists are as good as it gets in this space.”

Robin Millican is a recognized leader in US and International energy policy and the director of Research Programs and Strategic Partnerships at Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy; Dr. Jason Bordoff is the founding director for the Center for Global Energy Policy at Columbia University. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Douglas Arent, executive director of the NREL Foundation, global fellow at the Center for Global Energy Policy at Columbia University and distinguished fellow of the World Economic Forum.

From the Venezuelan oil reserves to the global automobile market and from AI energy consumption to the market mix of fossil and renewable fuels, this program will tie together a disparate and dynamic topic.
