OTTAWA – Professional services company GHD recently announced it has been selected by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) for two standing supply arrangements supporting the Department of National Defence across Canada.
The contracts include a national multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering consultant services source list valued at up to $270 million, and a civil engineering consultant services source list valued at up to $40 million.
According to a release, GHD is one of six firms selected for the architectural and engineering contract and one of three firms for the civil engineering contract.
The agreements are for five years and mean GHD will provide design services for military infrastructure across every province and territory in Canada, including the Arctic.
The work will support the modernization of the Canadian Armed Forces through projects involving hangars, aerodromes, training facilities, troop support infrastructure and associated systems.
