Hi all,
So I’m browsing through car adverts mostly on [mobile.de](https://mobile.de) and very often I see disclaimers like:
“Due to car age and condition, it is advised this car is offered only for trade customers or export”
What does it mean? That legally if I purchase this vehicle, I am unable to register it in Germany? I am expat in Berlin and I am not exactly aware of the quirks of German legal system when it comes to cars.
I am car minded person and I can do tons of maintenance myself, so I would assume this is somehow designed to cover future claims towards seller, but assuming I am fully aware of the condition of the car I would like to buy, is it possible for me later on to get it registered and insured?
