Basically, the 1809 extent of Russian Partition was much further east than what it became after subsuming the Congress Poland in 1831. If it’s not in the marked area near Białystok or north above it, then it may not be within Polish borders any more (remember that pre-Partitions, the Commonwealth covered modern Lithuania and Latvia, as well as major parts of Belarus, Estonia and Ukraine).
