When people say that they don’t believe scientists, it just shows that they don’t really understand how science works. Scientists should be trusted 101%.
i trust the scientific process – people are fallible. that said, climate scientist predictions are scary good at least since the 70’s.

You should not trust scientists, but you should trust science. But science itself suggests not trusting blindly, but validating and understanding.
I trust science to the extent there is a consensus in the scientific community. About climate change – there mostly is.
Ar trauksmes celšanu var neslikti nopelnīt. Patiesība vienmēr ir bijusi 10x un 100x briesmīgāka par jebkādām “pasakām”. Šajā gadījumā par “Dieviem tiem Kungiem”, kuri zin risinājumu dabas iegrožošanai, it kā paši to būtu radījuši un pārzin perfekti. 😀
i don’t even believe that they are real scientists. “Climate change” is just a business and a way to earn money from us. Basically this map shows that % people trusting in “CC” only in heavy polluted countries. But their pollution is only their business and fault, not our country.

In Latvia we don’t have the same winters as we used to, honestly.
Many people say weather goes in cycles but we can’t ignore the fact that temperature has risen and polar ice is melting. It looks like all the influental dont care because they will be dead when it will get bad and it is uneconomic to fix the system. I’m sure we won’t be able to fix global warming unless science comes through.
