Iowa lawmakers are considering a proposal to name part of Highway 30 in Marshalltown after the late Staff Sgt. Nate Howard.Howard was a member of the Iowa National Guard. He was killed in action in Syria on Dec. 13, during an enemy attack. Staff Sgt.
