    The UK is one of the largest (top 5) consumers of chocolate and biscuits in the world – one would wonder why a factory would not receive inward investment since 2016 (the north of England being a bit more affordable than Switzerland)? Or why would it have trouble importing ingredients or exporting food products? I can’t quite put my Binger on it…
