I used to be with it, but then they changed what “it” was

  1. As if that flag wasn’t ugly enough as it was. Go back to the nice rainbow. Also lol because Ukraine is unfortunately quite a homophobic country

  2. Isn’t this slightly ridiculous. Adding the Ukraine flag seems silly considering they have their own and it doesn’t really relate with the other groups.

What happened to just letting people be their own person and recognizing that it’s not others opinion

  3. Corporate virtue signalling month is upon us. Gotta make sure they change their Twitter profile pics quickly to avoid being cancelled!

  4. This is a meaningless flag designed by someone who is “offended” by the entire world and everyone in it.

Society has reached peak virtue signaling and that can’t last much longer. This nonsense will be replaced by rational thought soon enough.

  5. I think virtue signalling is almost as grotesque as downright homophobia.

Problem is, Will virtue signalling actually create the modern, inclusive perceptive society we would all wish would happen ? By people pretending they care will actually in turn, cause people to genuinely care?

  6. it’s only a matter of time until some woke male feminist un-ironically creates a flag with 16 million stripes on it so that every possible colour is represented

  7. as a queer person – this is the stupidest shit. leave it at the normal pride flag?? why add colors that are literally irrelevant to the lgbt+ community? i’m all about queer pride and rights and everything but the war has literally no relevance in them at all. come on people.

  8. I find variance versions of the rainbow flag infuriating at the best of times, none of the colours represent particular identities in the first place so adding colours or symbols is reductive not inclusive, but this one is also badly designed enough to make me want to puke.

  9. I think a lot of people are missing the point here, the flag is not saying that Ukraine is part of LGBTQ. They’re saying that the LGBTQ community is in support of Ukraine during these troubling times.

  10. This isn’t a ‘new’ pride flag. It’s simply just showing the LGBTQ+ community is supporting Ukraine. Honestly I’m shocked that this even needs to be said. r/Ireland’s banner was the Ukrainian flag, doesn’t mean we are being annexed by Ukraine. Its just a show of support ffs.

  11. Ukrainians don’t really have the same mentality as we do here and most of them wouldn’t accept the LGBT community.. So it’s kinda ironic.
