“Norwegian Feminist Facing Up To Three Years In Prison Over Tweets” Is this true, or are we not getting the whole story?

  1. She likes women, and she hates trans people. Discussion is ofc allowed, but she went after one individual which combines harassment into hate crime or smth.

“Up to three years” means, from allegations, that is the maximum time, and the case is still under investigation. But yea imho she went to far by focusing political shit on one person who kinda was just an example of what she hates… lock her up.

  2. As this website seems to be a TERF site and they deadname and refer to Christine as male multiple times in the article. This article is a terrible source for info on this case heavily slanted against the trans person

If the police actually took this case serious and gave this lady prison time the harassment must have been very bad

  3. “Up to three years” = Maybe a week in a hotel prison and a fine. Most likely just a fine.

That said – I hope we get a lot of these through the legal system, so that eventually the stupid law can be fixed. It should never have been made in the first place.

But stupid politicians are pretty common, and Norway is no exception.
