In the wake of the EU-India summit, two think-tanks, Bruegel and India International Centre, are convening to examine the relevant topics pertaining to India and the EU, both as separate actors and as partners, in the context of global geopolitics. Those will include: trade, climate, defence, digital economy, international affairs, among others.
The event is part of an annual series, organised in alternating years in New Delhi and Brussels. This year, in its first Brussels edition, the event happens just after the signing of the EU-India Free Trade Agreement and amidst a tumultuous time in the global economic landscape. We are bringing together around 30 high-level representatives from institutions, the private sector and academia and we are proud to host Ms Teresa Ribera, Executive Vice-President for a Clean, Just and Competitive Transition, to give keynote alongside Mr Suman Bery, Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog.
