Biathlete Tereza Voborníková has won bronze in the women’s mass start race at the Olympic Games, securing Czechia’s fifth medal of the Games.
The 25-year-old missed just once on the opening shooting stage and left the final shoot in the lead. However, she was overtaken in the last lap by France’s Océane Michelon and Julia Simon.
Czechia’s other medals at the Games have been won by snowboarder Zuzana Maděrová, speed skater Metoděj Jílek, who has claimed two, and snowboard cross rider Eva Adamczyková.
