Man Arrested in Rome for Trying to Cash Forged $20,000 Check

Charles Ira Bush, 49 of Hiram, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said she was found in possession of a forged check at River City Bank.

Reports said that the check, which was not authorized for the account holder, was written for $20,000.

Police added that while being taken into custody, they found several pills that were not in their original container.

Bush is charged with 3rd degree forgery and drugs not in original container.
