8. Bruh how privileged can you be? Yeah, we do have a lot of people doing absolutely nothing in the public sector, but this shit doesn’t even have to be dealt with by public authorities. Just a random passer-by that isn’t missing half his brain that spots it can pull that branch to the side. I live in the middle of fucking nowhere in Greece and stuff like rocks and trees that fall on the side of roads are dealt surprisingly quickly.
