  1. It is probably some international chain letter performance art/university experiment to see how far it penetrates into old and new news media as a comment on post truth covid/climate change denializm or something……or it’s all REAL!!!

  2. Or do you reckon it could be a multinational developer, trying to smoke you out so they can build seafront apartments and make a killing🤣

  3. My first thought is that Poseidon’s started a protection racket, but I’m only a paragraph in an am getting dummer buy duh 2nd.

  4. Dear farmers,

A giant planet is going to do the thing and make big waves destroy everything in the world! You should consider moving to Norway because of soil erosion.

  5. How many things can I put in a Faraday’s gaze?

Can anyone named Faraday look at the items to protect them or only certain members of the Faraday clan?

  6. Well, I had a good run. I’m OK with dying at home with my partner and our cats. Be grand sure, few days off work and no more debt.

  7. I live near farms and they didn’t think to tell me? I find out from a stranger flaunting his “mail”? Mr I-Got-Selected-For-Salvation O’Fuck-You.

I can’t dress this up, I’m really hurt by this.

  8. Am I seeing it right?

4 pages in and they finally reference the bible. It read like a crazed lunatic right from the off so I was wondering where the compulsory biblical citation was gonna pop up.

What’s mental is that someone believes all this bollocks and has taken the time to type it out and deliver it and when all off that nonsense inevitably doesn’t happen will they acknowledge they were wrong? Will they fuck. They’ll move on to the next “end of the world” event which no doubt will be along early next year sometime.

  9. Trying to get land cheap in Galway? I recon this was made for comedic purposes.

    > “Cows are sensible beings, and could have a breakdown due to the awfull noise from outside; could this be tempered?”

  10. OCR version of first page, seems to be a very US, Christian fundamentalist based warning with ‘Ireland’ copied in. No one here would use ‘peet bog’:

**For the farmers of West Ireland**

This is a warning. You are in danger, because massive tsunamis are going to hit Ireland this year, probably during the summer, The tsunami waves, the size of a skyscraper, devastate all the cities on the coast, all the seaports and the ships in them. About 15 kilometers of the coastline to the inland is
eaten up by the tsunamis. There are extensive trackts of peet bog along the western seaboard, and these weak and loose materials are swallowed by the sea.

The tsunamis come on three occasions, the intervals being rather short. 1) The first tsunamis swarm Ireland due to an asteroid hitting Caribia devastating Florida, and after an earth quake has crushed down California. 2) Second tsunamis happen when an asteroid hits the Atlantic devastating
New York, after two US battleships were hit by enemy fire and the bombing of Philadelphia. 3) The third tsunamis to every coast of the world are caused by a pole shift during three days’ darkness (30D) due to a megaplanet moving between the Earth and the Sun. The 3DD begins after a super volcano’s eruption in Wyoming splitting the United States into two separate pieces. All these events happen in rapid succession.

There is scientific proof of the existence of the planet causing the 3DD and historic records about same kind of events in the past. On the bases of military intelligence in developed countries their decision-makers know what is happening and are themselves going to bunkers, but do not share the
information with the general public and do not want average citizens in their bunkers. During the three days’ darkness millions of people die all over the world, because they do not know how to protect themselves. Following advice is based on military intelligence and messages received by prophets. Three days’ darkness is in the Bible the called the Day of the Lord.

According to the former US Army intelligence officier John Moore one must be during the tsunamis at least 300 ft, 92 meters above the sealevel, and at least 20 miles, 32 kilometers from the coast. Afterwards, when the oceans’ waters get levelled along with the new poles, one should move to places, which are 500-600 ft, 154-188 from nowadays’ sealevel. It would be better to already from the beginning go to the higher places at least 160 meters from the sealevel, because moving from one place to another could be very hard, as due to an EMP cars have stopped working and one must carry lots of water, food, equipments in order to survive.

When you hear about the California quake, you know that soon the next event brings tsunamis to Ireland. Go to hills, which are at least 32 kilometers from the coast and 160 meters up from the sealevel. There should be a strong house with properly done groundworks, because during 30D heavy storms rage and a loosely grounded house could fly away with the storm. Take your valuable belongings with you. Ships and boats should be placed in a trailer and driven to the same location on the mountair1 as the owners go. The ship, trailer, and car must be tightly bound to the ground with wires in order to prevent them going down the hill in the storms.

  11. Hahaha oh jaysus. It’s been so long since I heard of this… when I was a gullible and impressionable teenager, with no real understanding of anything, I bought into a lot of conspiracies and bullshit, using the oul dial up I found all sorts of pages talking about this exactly.

And I’m pretty sure it was meant to happen years ago, but when it didn’t it was be next year, and every month month of every year since.

I would legit love to meet the person behind this, just to talk to them. Gold.

  12. Stopped reading at weak and loose to describe a bog, clearly they’ve never worked in a bog or footed a bit of turf

  13. The core of content this is an adaptation of the “Three Days of Darkness” prophecy. This prophecy does the rounds among members of fundamentalist christian/catholic groups such as Opus Dei.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Days_of_Darkness

I’ve seen countless iterations of these types of doomsday prophecies going back to the early days of the internet.

In this case, very interesting to see the layering of Ireland into the story and the localised implementation of delivery via traditional mail – (I’m assuming letter was posted local).

  14. You can tell it’s southern US evangelical Christian wish-fulfilment where the universe will finally punish the sinners as the first two things that the universe destroys are the evangelical Baptists most hated enemies on the planet – California and New York, and then god helpfully splits the US in two so they never have to deal with the other half of the US that they hate ever again.

Things are finally looking up for them!
