I am not sure why my car didn’t pass a tüv today since it shows that car made same result It did 4y ago. I have one wy ago, but without any data. (also not sure why)

Car is ford focus 2015 2.0L Diesel.

It’s telling you there are major problems with your brakes. Get those fixed and you’re fine.
The upper part of your first link is relevant. There we can just see one reason – your car leaks oil.
Breaks are fine for now but you need to change your breakpads in the near future – not relevant for TÜV rn.
Not sure about the AU (Abgasuntersuchung) tho. Could be possible that laws changed so you need higher rpm for the tests.
It is definitely possible that something changed within the past four years: your car got older.
It says right above number 10 what’s wrong with your car. Among others your car loses oil which is an environmental problem.
Also your Abregeldrehzahl is not ok.
