    It’s basically a song of a drunk surgeon who wants to drive to work, but he accidentially gets on the back seat of his car and can’t find his steering wheel, gas, brake, clutch…. The song makes fun of these reaggae-rappers (I don’t know, Pitbull, Jean Paul?) who say “ragga bang bang” or similar. It sounds a bit like Rückbank which means back seat.
