Hello there.
I have Italian Citizenship and been living in Krakow since October 2021.Already got a permanent Contract, Pesel Number.Along with that I have a [Pobytu Obywatela UE](https://archiwalna.udsc.gov.pl/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/karta-pobytu-ue_919.jpg).
Which is the only Karta Pobytu that the Polish Government will give to European Citizens living in Poland.
Sadly It seems Millenium Bank will not accept it to update on their system so I could apply for an Loan or Credit Card.

What are my options? Any advice?

What you have is not Karta pobytu, but it is equivalent to one. Banks are severely uninformed in this department, and will refuse your claims most of the times until you get EU permanent residence (5 years). What you have to do is to take a polish speaker with you and go from bank to bank and try to convince them. Sadly, it is a kniwn issue with banks in pl.
