There a new one in bern main station
In Zürich Altstetten, there’s eParadise, and there’s a few other places that have space for boardgames and the like.
Manabar in Basel has some PCs for gaming
A little redundant with fiber networks everywhere? I guess if you can’t afford a gaming rig to run those AAA titles, but this is Switzerland, so not really the affordability rather the availability limiting gamers.
They used to have a load of places like that for Lan parties 20 years ago and I guess they went bust.
Such a shame loved going with a load of made and having some beers while giving each other shit over Unreal Tournament
I live in korea and often go to this places. Problem is this kind of thing is super hard to pull of in switzerland because of high rent fees for the spot. To make this profitable the jour would cost alot. I never found one in zurich
In Switzerland there were never many to begin with, and they started to disappear when computer prices dropped and high speed internet became common at home.
I believe there is a bar in Lausanne that does that, but I am not sure if it is only for specific events or all the time.
