So, I received a post about registering my new address and the apartment in which I live and I followed the steps to register it and used the date of the start of my rental contract there.
Then I received a post from the ARD ZDF again saying that according to their search about my residence they found I was registered in the current apartment one month sooner than what I wrote, so now they are calculating my radio fees wrong for each quarter because I have to pay for an extra month when I was not even living here. Till now I haven’t paid for the last 3 months because I was waiting for their reply to my query/correction but instead they just sent me another post with the next due payment?!!
For clarifying this, which email should I use to contact them? I was not sure about the telephone call because I won’t be able to explain it as well or show proof using my City registration. When did you do the Anmeldung? Because with that you confirm that you are actively loving at said address. That would also be the date that counts.

No you should use the Kontaktformular in their website.

Don’t do this. Pay “unter Vorbehalt” if its a fault on their side you will get refunded.
Their investigation might take some weeks/months but they will eventually work through it (happened in case of my mother and a refund of more than 800€.
