    >The government plans to allow around 50,000 non-EU students to combine studies with work.

Why isn’t Spain, who is in the EU and the SM, unable to attract workers from within the EU/SM ? Is it due to low wages that they are relying on non-EU students and workers ?

I know Germany has a high min wage in the EU, but how does Spain min wage compare to say Italy, Portugal, Greece and Romania ?

    >Spain already has migration programmes with countries such as Morocco, Ecuador and Colombia and is open to extending temporary work visas to other Central America countries. A new pilot programme with Honduras started earlier this year, sources told Reuters

Also what’s stopping from someone using this temp work visa to get into Spain and make their way to Germany and work for higher wages ?

  2. Well, There is an easy solution for tourism. Change the tipping system. Use American model. Im bartender in America and I’m making 1300-1500 dollar per week. Restaurant pays only 6 dollar per hour and rest of money comes from customers.

  3. We have the same problem in Portugal. The government’s solution was to sign deals with Morocco, Brazil and African countries. Our minimum wage is 705€.
